Our leadership team is challenged to lead as Jesus would lead — as a servant. Leaders are encouraged to process through and build biblical leadership skills along with being challenged to look at every ministry and event and determine how things could be improved.

As a body we believe in letting leaders lead. We value those God has chosen to lead Mt. Pleasant, and we show value by
• following the leadership of our pastors and shepherds (Ephesians 4:11-12, Hebrews 13:7)
• refusing to participate in conversations that could undermine the leaders and vision of our church
• valuing other members in the church who have been given authority to lead (Acts 6:1-7)
